Our Event Is Scheduled from Wednesday noon November 15th to Friday early evening November 17th, 2023.

After the conclusion of the workshop an Academic session will be organized on Saturday Afternoon, Nov 18th.

Deadline for Early Bird registration is set at July 7th, 2023. The on-site space accommodates about 100 attendees!

Location of our venue

The venue of the workshop will be the Grand Beguinage of Leuven, a unique, historical part of the city that is listed by the UNESCO as belonging to the World Heritage.

It was completely renovated by the KU Leuven and now houses students and (visiting) faculty and allows for the organization of meetings.

The workshop, including coffee breaks, poster sessions, and exhibitions by sponsors, will happen in the Convent of Chièvres, where also the final reception will be held. Lunches will be in the nearby Faculty Club.
